Very helpful pharmacy staff. Needed OTC items fast, and they got everything I needed, even making sure that what I bought would not interact badly with my existing prescribed medications.

I used the very good pain clinic services at this pharmacy. Mark Hopkins was very kind& patient& knowledgeable with my enquiries. He gave me access to a free trial of the new Nurokor mitouch Therapy System to help my neurological pain issues whithin my osteoarthritic spine.My Sciatica in my right leg & trigger finger in my hand. I had previously used aTENS machine for some time. This Nurokor technology was obviously next generation& a far superior technology. I was very pleased with the pain relief results. I purchased a mitouch therapy system with the Korband accessory. I use this system as part of my pain relief management when required on a daily basis. Would certainly recommend this technology. It is very helpful. I would highly recommend the wonderful services from Mark& his great pharmacy.

I was informed by my GP of Hopwoods and their availability I called them as I wasn’t able to book the appointment, they assisted me to complete the appointment booking and on arrival was very quick appointment time was punctual and the pharmacist that treated me was excellent. How great to have a local pharmacy offering help for minor ailments! The GP suggested I make an appointment that was easy to do online with Tom Harris the next day, with no waiting when at the pharmacy. Tom gave clear explanations without feeling rushed like it often can be at the GP surgery.

Used Hopwoods minor ailments booking system, it’s real easy to do , I booked the previous day for a consultation with Tom for my son , got great advice and had prescription issued as well. This was certainly easier than waiting on the phone for an appointment at the surgery for minor ailments. Would recommend this service from Hopwoods Pharmacy.

Brilliant staff! Called initially to get some advice. Lady on the phone was super helpful and advised us to book an appt for my 3 year old. The visit was as equally professional and thorough. Great advice ... helped my son and prescribed what he needed. And everyone was very friendly. Thank you!
