Great friendly service fast explained the issues with images no fuss service would use again

Had a leak from the roof into the bedroom. Dropped them a message. Rob and co came the following day and fixed it. Excellent service and very helpful.

We would definitely recommend 1st Call Roofing. We were provided with a quote and the works were explained to us in detail. We needed new felting and battens and the work was completed within a day, including tidying everything up. We had before and after photos sent to us and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Had the roof at the front done before COVID and very happy with the work. Had to have solar panels removed before re-roofing rear. Very accommodating re. cooperation with Skyline Scaffolding and a day's delay removing panels. Very happy with the work. Thank you 1st.Call Roofing.

Pleased with the work by Rob and team. They diagnosed the problem, explained clearly how to fix and there was no pressure selling. Took pictures and showed me at each stage the work they were doing. Made a few additional repairs that probably weren't charged for. Professional and friendly throughout.

Called 1st Roofing this morning just after 0930am. Explained had really bad overflow from guttering during heavy rain. Was told likely cause and cost of repair. Agreed price. Two chaps called (Robbie & Daniel), identified problem straight away and repaired. They also found there was a broken tile just above guttering which they made good with piece of lead. They even popped over the deviding wall to next door to correct a loose guttering clip that was causing water to cascade down neighbours wall causing damp to spread into our conservatory. As good as it gets! Rob visited to inspect water dripping in from my bay window. I fully expected him to simply say he would replace my lead flashing. After thoroughly inspecting inside and out, he advised that the existing roof was not the problem, he recommended sealing the window above the bay, which I will now do. He made no charge for the visit and no attempt to undertake unnecessary work. A thoroughly professional, friendly and trustworthy guy who I would have no hesitation in recommending to family or friends.
